Michael has been playing hockey for 14 years. He also is a member of the French Club, Titan Pride,  and plays lacrosse. He says that his biggest influence is Eric Douglas. Michael plans on attending college (undecided on major) and hopes to play club hockey and/or lacrosse. Sidney Crosby and Dino Ciccerelli are his favorite NHL players.
